Account and data deletion request
This page explains how RIANO users can delete their account and associated data.

How to delete your account in the RIANO app
You can delete your account directly inside the application:
- Open the RIANO app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.
Account deletion is permanent. After confirmation, the account and all associated data cannot be restored.
Alternative deletion request by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.
Send a request to rshakurov95@mail.ru from the email address linked to your RIANO account.

We may request additional verification to confirm ownership of the account.
Data deleted with your account
When your account is deleted, RIANO removes all account-related data, including:
- account profile data, including email, name, and settings;
- authentication data, including passwords and tokens;
- schedules and shift data;
- calendar entries and work logs;
- income and payroll calculations;
- reminders and notification settings;
- support tickets and related messages;
- subscription data linked to the account.
Retention period
In-app deletion is processed immediately after confirmation.
Email requests are processed within 5 business days after verification.
Some data may be retained only if required by legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment dispute, or security obligations. Such data is stored only as long as necessary and is not used for app functionality.
Partial data deletion
Users can delete or edit specific data directly inside the app without deleting the entire account, including:
- schedules;
- shifts;
- calendar entries;
- income records;
- reminders.
